Born and raised in South Florida, my father has had many jobs over the years–army chef, yacht broker, carpenter, at one point, he was even the youngest hotel manager in Las Vegas! Throughout it all, woodwork has remained a hobby and passion. After a lifetime in Florida, my parents bravely packed up all their things in search of greener pastures. Now, this spritely septuagenarian has taken on a new project: creating artisanal wooden planters!
